Welcome to our FAQ page! Here we answer everyone's most frequently asked questions. If we haven't answered your inquiry, or you have another concern, please connect with us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to respond in a timely manner.
We usually process orders within 2-3 business days, but sometimes we receive some bigger orders that may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience and we do our best to keep you informed! Once we’ve shipped your chocolates, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, and your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. If an order is taking longer than usual, we will let you know. However, please allow 7-10 days from the order date for your chocolates to arrive.
If your chocolates arrived melted or damaged, please send us a photo of the chocolate to request a refund or replacement. If you have an issue with chocolate purchased from an independent retailer, please contact them directly regarding their refund policy.
If you’ve experienced any issues with your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue. Due to the nature of our for-consumption product, we do not accept returns of chocolate.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
If you need to make any changes to your order please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will do our best to make requested order changes while the order is still processing. However, once it ships out, we can no longer adjust order items or re-route shipments. For this reason, please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will happily reship your order to the correct address for the current cost of shipping.

Although our chocolate is free of any nuts, dairy, or soy, it is manufactured in a facility that processes milk, soy, tree nuts, and ground nuts. For this reason, if you have a mushroom, coconut, or other nut allergy, we do not recommend eating our chocolate.
We recommend storing your chocolate in an air-tight container in a cool and dry place. All of our chocolates are vegan and are made with shelf stable ingredients that do not easily spoil. However, if you bought several bars and have had them for a long time, we recommend visually inspecting each bar before eating. If the bars look dull or have a cloudy coating on them, this means that they have come out of temper due to age, temperature, and humidity variations. It's still safe to eat but it may not be as enjoyable because of the changes in texture.
When properly stored, our chocolates have a shelf life of about 18 months or longer. If you have had the chocolate for a long time, make sure to visually inspect each bar before eating.
Our chocolates have 500mg of Lion's Mane Mushroom extract per serving, and 2000mg per bar. At 500mg the effects are mild and you may feel a little lighter, more at ease, and experience more clarity. Fungible Chocolates are a healthy chocolate that is delicious and give you added nutritional benefits with every bite!
